FUNDING USING AN INSURER

We work with the following insurance providers. Before commencing treatment we will ask for you to request an authorisation code from your insurer.

Please be aware that your health insurance policy may carry an excess payment which is payable to The Bodart Practice, we will inform you of the payment once we have been notified.

REPORT WRITING

Additional reports can be requested and are charged proportionate to an hourly session rate
