Community Engagement
Mental health accessible to all
Our Mission
Mental health is more than mind alone - it is about our bodies, relationships, communities, and wider eco-system.
We believe in supporting mental health at every stage of wellness.
We believe in using our privilege for good; to give back to our local communities and charities
Our Values
Connection & community: To create meaningful, collaborative and connected spaces to connect with each other, and our bodies and minds with safety and non-judgement.
Freedom & exploration: We encourage freedom of expression and exploration with respect and an open mind and space for personal and interpersonal growth.
Participation: To be a service co-designed by our team and clients by listening and responding to feedback and engagement and inviting participation
Holistic health & balance: We treat the whole person; mind, body and lifestyle.
Community & Charity Work
At The Bodart Practice, we are dedicated to giving back to our local communities and supporting charitable organisations through our pro bono services. Our commitment to making mental health care accessible to all drives our efforts to offer mental health services tailored to the needs of underserved populations, marginalised communities, and those facing financial hardship or social challenges. Through partnerships with local charities and community groups, we extend our reach to those who may face barriers to accessing mental health support.

FESTIVALS AND EVENTS
As a holistic psychology practice, we believe in the power of community and the importance of reaching individuals beyond traditional therapy settings. By offering talks and holistic workshops at festivals, we aim to create accessible spaces where people can explore and engage with holistic approaches to mental health and personal growth. Festivals provide a unique environment for fostering connection, learning, and self-discovery, allowing us to reach a diverse audience and promote mental wellness in a lively and dynamic setting. Through our participation in festivals, we hope to empower individuals with knowledge, tools, and practices that support their journey towards holistic well-being.
