Emotions are an all body experience. Our trauma informed yoga sessions invite small groups of clients to attend a weekly class in person or online to work with tension, stress and emotions in the body. We focus on breath, balance, stability and clarity and body mind wellness. We also offer individual support alongside our talking therapies.

ANA mARIA’S bio

Ana’s yoga classes are grounded in an approach that is about the refinement of natural movements which underlie safe and inclusive practice. 

She shares the practice of yoga through classes and workshops in London and wellbeing retreats in Ireland. 

She has since completed training in restorative, yin, pre and post-natal yoga and holds a certificate in Trauma sensitive yoga and is also a clinical massage therapist and mindfulness meditation teacher.
