1:1 Trauma-Informed Integrative Somatic Yoga

Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind, and true healing comes through reconnecting with both. Rooted in yoga and somatic awareness, Ana’s approach blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help clients feel safe, embodied, and at ease.

How this type of practice can help:

Release stored tension and stress patterns.
Support emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.
Deepen the connection to self through mindful movement and breath.

Drawing on the ancient wisdom of yoga, along with insights from somatic trauma research, Ana will guide you towards a sense of balance, empowerment, and inner healing—one breath at a time.

Mindfulness Meditation

With training in Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation and over 11 years of personal practice, Ana offers guidance for individuals and groups to cultivate greater awareness, presence, and self-compassion.

Through mindfulness, we learn to meet our inner world with curiosity, non-judgment, and kindness, creating space for clarity and transformation in daily life. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group settings, her approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern practice.
